Where do you ship from?
We ship from Northern California and send it to you con mucho, mucho, mucho... amor. All orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
You're excited to receive your goodies, we know. Please allow up to five business days after we receive the order to process and ship. Please note, we are a small business and sometimes orders may be delayed due to influxes of orders. We will always notify you if our processing time frame will exceed seven business days.

We ship all orders via United States Postal Service with a 3-5 business days delivery service.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime! If your package says it has been delivered and 7 business days have passed and you have not received anything, please email us at email@example.com. We will try to resolve the shipping mishap and/or refund your order.
