SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We will be happy to change the shipping address for your order! Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered processing.
Unfortunately, after your order has been shipped, we can no longer change the shipping address, but you we suggest contacting USPS for further assistance. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it will be refunded and we will notify you if this happens.
All orders within the USA ship for a $5.00 flat rate. This charge includes processing, handling and postage fee. Any order over $40.00 ships GRATIS.

We ship from Northern California and send it to you con mucho, mucho, mucho... amor. All orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
You're excited to receive your goodies, we know. Usually, please allow 5-7 BUSINESS days, this excludes weekends and national holidays, after we receive your order to process and ship.
However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take up to 14 days to process, so be patient my amiga/x!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
We ship all orders via United States Postal Service First Class. This service is a three-five BUSINESS days delivery. Carrier time does not include processing time.
If you have not received your order within 14 days from receiving your tracking number, please email us immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we begin to process your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number, as well as an estimated date of arrival. Please note that this is an estimate only and that harsh weather, as well as other unexpected events, might result in a slight delay of your order.
Vive Cosmetics IS NOT LIABLE for any stolen, lost, damaged packages or delay delivery while in transit caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier.
Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors, property manager and/or post office for more information in the meantime.
If your package says it has been delivered and 5 BUSINESS days have passed and you have not received anything, please email us at email@example.com. We will try to resolve the shipping mishap and/or refund your order.
If you waited the normal processing time, 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS, and your order is shipping to a domestic address, and its been 3-5 BUSINESS days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and we will try to help you resolve the shipping delay.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. We recommend reaching out to USPS and/or your local post office for more information on the status of your order if you receiving a tracking number with updates.
If you received a tracking link, but there has been no updates to your package after 7 BUSINESS DAYS, please email us immediately to email@example.com with name and order number.
Yes! We do ship to PO boxes!
We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
We only ship domestically in the USA and to Puerto Rico.
