For us collaborating with Yamira, founder of Loquita Bath and Body means a lot. We belong to an amazing community of Latina-owned brands, in which we support each other actively by purchasing and promoting each other's products and brands often. With that in mind, we thought we can take that support to the next level and work together to create something new. We have been wanting to create a lip balm and scrub for a while, but instead of finding a manufacturer to work with, we thought how can we intentionally use our power and money and keep in our community, immediately, we approached Yamira about this idea and we were thrilled she also wanted to work with us. 

This is what authentic community support looks like. This is just the beginning of many amazing Latina brands coming together to create something special by us and for us.

All orders in the US ship for a $4.95 flat rate.  Any order over $40.00 ships GRATIS

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Northern California and send it to you con mucho, mucho, mucho... amor.  All orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

 

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

You're excited to receive your goodies, we know. Please allow up to five business days after we receive the order to process and ship. Please note, we are a small business and sometimes orders may be delayed due to influxes of orders. We will always notify you if our processing time frame will exceed seven business days. 

 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We ship all orders via United States Postal Service with a 3-5 business days delivery service. 

 

How can I track my order?

Once we begin to process your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number, as well as an estimated date of arrival. Please note that this is an estimate only and that harsh weather, as well as other unexpected events, might result in a slight delay of your order. Vive Cosmetics IS NOT LIABLE for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages or for any delay in transit time caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier.

 

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime! If your package says it has been delivered and 7 business days have passed and you have not received anything, please email us at hola@vivecosmetics.com. We will try to resolve the shipping mishap and/or refund your order.

 

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

If your order is shipping to a domestic address, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays! We recommend reaching out to USPS and/or your local post office for more information on the status of your order. If your order has exceeded typical shipping times, please email us at hola@vivecosmetics.com and we will try to help you resolve the shipping delay.

 

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address?

Yes! We do ship to PO boxes!


Do you offer express/overnight delivery?

We do not currently offer expedited shipping. 

 

What countries do you ship to?

We only ship domestically in the USA and Puerto Rico.
