COVID-19 Policy and Prevention


To our Vivex community,

Your health and safety is our top priority, so we have taken extra measures to process and send orders with care. Here are some of the steps we are taking to reduce the transmission of COVID-19. 

We are diligently following the center for disease control (CDC) guidelines and rest assured we are doing the best we can to make sure your products get delivered in the safest way possible. All of our orders are processed in our home HQ by our co-founder. This is an area with minimum contact of no more than one person at a time and all work stations are cleaned and sanitized routinely. 


Order Processing Time

We're reducing our post office trips to once a week to limit contact with others. This should not affect our processing times to the normal standard of 5-7 business days. 


Shipping Delays

Our mail carrier for all orders, USPS, announced that due to the COVID-19 pandemic’s effect on transportation availability, some services will experience delays beginning April 17, 2020. 

USPS First-Class Package Service, which we use, will be extended to a 3-4 day delivery windows. 

USPS will still do its best to deliver packages as quickly as possible. For the most up-to-date information around USPS service changes, please refer to their website directly


Restock Update 

Due to COVID-19, our contract manufacturer facility in NY is closed until further notice. This means any lipstick shade that is out of stock or sells out will not be restocked until they open and our order is processed. We do not when our Que Matte Liquid Lipsticks and other sold-out shades will be available again. 



Pre-orders will be available soon for our out-of-stock products. You will be the first to know! 



At this time, we are not taking any returns on any order due to hygienic and prevention reasons. all products currently are on sale, which has a no return policy.
