Shipping and Delivery

How much is shipping?

All orders in the US ship for a $5.95 flat rate.  Any order over $40.00 ships GRATIS.  For international shipping, there is a flat rate of $12.95 USD. International orders are not eligible for free shipping at the moment. 

Taxes and prior purchases do not qualify for the minimum purchase requirement and offer cannot be applied to such items.  Cannot be combined with any other offer. No adjustments to previous purchases. Offer is nontransferable and subject to change without notice. Only available at vivecosmetics.com.

 

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Northern California and send it to you con mucho, mucho, mucho... amor.  All orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

 

How long does it take for my products to be shipped?

You're excited to receive your goodies, we know. Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive the order to process and ship. Please note, we are a small business and sometimes orders may be delayed due to influxes of orders. We will always notify you if our processing time frame will exceed 5 business days. 

 

How can I track my order?

Once we begin to process your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number, as well as an estimated date of arrival. Please note that this is an estimate only and that harsh weather, as well as other unexpected events, might result in a slight delay of your order. Vive Cosmetics IS NOT LIABLE for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages or for any delay in transit time caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier.

 

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime! If your package says it has been delivered and 7 business days have passed and you have not received anything, please email us at hola@vivecosmetics.com. We will try to resolve the shipping mishap and/or refund your order.

 

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

If your order is shipping to a domestic address, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays! We recommend reaching out to USPS and/or your local post office for more information on the status of your order. If your order has exceeded typical shipping times, please email us at hola@vivecosmetics.com and we will try to help you resolve the shipping delay.

 

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address?

Yes! We do ship to PO boxes!


Do you offer express/overnight delivery?

We do not currently offer expedited shipping. 

 

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide! Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to the following countries: China, Turkey, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cote D’Ivoire, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, the Crimean region of Ukraine, Sudan and Syria.

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Vive Cosmetics is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
