Shipping and Delivery
How much is shipping?
All orders within the USA ship for a $5.95 flat rate. This charge include processing, handling and postage fee. Any order over $40.00 ships GRATIS.
Taxes and prior purchases do not qualify for the minimum purchase requirement and offer cannot be applied to such items. Cannot be combined with any other offer. No adjustments to previous purchases. Offer is nontransferable and subject to change without notice. Only available at vivecosmetics.com.
Can I change the shipping address for my order before it ships?
We will be happy to change the shipping address for your order! Please email us at hola@vivecosmetics.com with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered processing.
I need to change the shipping address for my order, but my order has shipped!
Unfortunately, after your order has been shipped, we can no longer change the shipping address, but you we suggest contacting USPS for further assistance. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it will be refunded and we will notify you if this happens.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Northern California and send it to you con mucho, mucho, mucho... amor. All orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
You're excited to receive your goodies, we know. Please allow up to five business days after we receive the order to process and ship. Please note, we are a small business and sometimes orders may be delayed due to influxes of orders. If your order as not been shipped within a 7 business day timeframe, please email us at hola@vivecosmetics.com.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We ship all orders via United States Postal Service First Class. This service is a three-five business days delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once we begin to process your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number, as well as an estimated date of arrival. Please note that this is an estimate only and that harsh weather, as well as other unexpected events, might result in a slight delay of your order. Vive Cosmetics IS NOT LIABLE for any stolen, lost, damaged packages or delay delivery while in transit caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier.
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime. If your package says it has been delivered and 7 business days have passed and you have not received anything, please email us at hola@vivecosmetics.com. We will try to resolve the shipping mishap and/or refund your order.
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
If your order is shipping to a domestic address, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. We recommend reaching out to USPS and/or your local post office for more information on the status of your order. If your order has exceeded typical shipping times, please email us at hola@vivecosmetics.com and we will try to help you resolve the shipping delay.
Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address?
Yes! We do ship to PO boxes!
Do you offer express/overnight delivery?
We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
What countries do you ship to?
We only ship domestically in the USA and to Puerto Rico.
